Questions? We've got answers.
Do you only work with government projects?
No. While we've delivered portals for government institutions like the Ministry of Creative Economy, we also build web apps, mobile apps, and landing pages for businesses and startups.
What do I need to prepare before starting?
Just a rough idea of what you want to build, who it is for, and any references you like. Brand assets, content, or documents help but are not required. We shape the rest together in a free consultation.
Can you work with an existing product or codebase?
Yes. We can review your current product, then extend it, fix it, or redesign parts of it. We start with a short review so the plan and the estimate are based on what is actually there.
Do you sign an NDA or confidentiality agreement?
Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share project details, and we keep your materials and data confidential.
How do you estimate the price of a project?
The pricing estimator gives you a rough range. We confirm the final price after a free consultation, based on scope, design, and integrations. Until the scope is agreed in writing, any figure is an estimate.
Can the scope change once we start?
Yes, within reason. Changes are agreed in writing first, and we tell you how they affect time and cost before we do the work.
Who owns the code and the design?
Ownership is set out in the contract. Usually it passes to you once the project is fully paid, except for third-party and open-source parts, which keep their own licences.
Is there a warranty after launch?
Bug fixes are covered for 30 days after handover, unless the contract says otherwise. Ongoing maintenance and support plans are available separately.
How does payment work?
A down payment starts the work, and the rest is paid in stages as set out in the contract, with the final payment at handover. Invoices are due within 7 days unless the contract says otherwise, and prices exclude VAT (PPN).
Do we sign a contract, and with whom?
Yes. Every project has a written agreement that sets out the scope, price, schedule, ownership and warranty. We are a small team of independent developers and not yet a registered company, so the agreement is signed by the team members working on your project, and it names them.
Which industries do you work with?
Government and public institutions, startups, and growing businesses. We build portals, web apps, mobile apps, and landing pages.
Do you build fintech or other regulated products?
We can build the software side. Regulated products also need licensing, certification, and legal review that we do not provide, so we go through the requirements together early on.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes. We can start small, such as a landing page or a first version of the product, and grow it with you.
Can you build for more than one language or market?
Yes. We build bilingual products, including English and Indonesian, and can adapt to local payment and sign-in options.
How does a project run?
In four steps: discuss, design, build, and launch. You see progress and give feedback at every step.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A landing page is quick, while larger apps and portals take longer. We share a timeline together with the final quote.
How do we stay in touch during the project?
Through a shared chat channel, plus regular check-ins and demos, so you always know what is in progress.
What happens after launch?
We hand the project over and can stay on for maintenance, updates, and support under a monthly plan.
